I hope you find it useful. I want to thank Citizen Space, Indy Hall,
Cube Space, and all the Coworking group members. With out your help I
would never have made it this far.

Small update: I have a space and am outfitting with furniture etc now.
I've pre-sold a bunch of desks and offices. Hope to be open October
1.

Hey Brian. this is great!  You should submit it at the E.Factor as well.  It is a great place for Entrepreneurs and Investors to connect.  In addition we have Co-Working space avail in the US and UK and expanding throughout.

Yes. This what I showed to my investors. I am very lucky. I worked
with my local town loan fund. The Town of Carrboro has a wonderful
economic development vision involving supporting the creative economy.

I am also working to develop a corworking space, and currently working on a business plan. I did a one page version to direct and focus my work, and am now working on the detailed plan part (templates are everywhere).

 

In my research of the coworking places that have succeeded and failed, knowing your demographics / where they live, what they are like etc and really understanding and catering to that group, and having a location that caters to that market and is available to them are crucial.
