About year ago they contacted me. They want a fee to promote space and take commission on referrals (seem to recall 495 euro fee and 25% commission). 

After a few messages back and forth with me expressing lack of value in his offering and him saying 'I have hundreds of clients' things went down hill from that point.

I was a bit wary on why they wanted the information. I assumed it was
for their own market research. So I sent some info off our website,
which is available for everyone anyway.

eOffice have a space around the corner from Fly The Coop in Manchester.

They're a friendly crowd, but very focused on attracting the biz community. Their spaces are quite formal, but comfortable. They offer hot-desking here in Manchester at about £20/day, so we set our pricing just under theirs :-)

I've met Pier before, and whilst he's very focused on getting people into the spaces, he didn't strike me as being too spammy. However, in recent weeks he has been upping the ante a little bit and some of our users have said they seem to be getting a bit more "sold to" than before.
