Hello... How Can I Arrange My Hot Desks so as not to have Excess Members at the same time ? Can anyone help ? i have a bunch of packages but i need help regulating them..

Are you oversold? If so, you may need to implement a reservation system to ensure that collisions don't take place.

well not yet.. but just to think ahead of time.. say we have the following packages: 
5 hrz/month
20 hrz/month
60 hrz/month
100 hrz/month

and our capacity 70 members. is there anything i need to do.. or do you think it's manageable?

I'd pay close attention to actual utilization and keep an eye out for your more popular memberships.

We watch our memberships flux throughout the year, and sometimes start a waiting list on certain ones when utilization approaches full and only start signing up new members when we know that we won't risk collisions. Reservations can help if you're really worried about it, but you may be surprised by the results of actual data vs. predictions of popularity and usage. :)
