So far I haven't heard/felt a lot of strong voices for downtown Albany, not a lot of investigation done there yet. However there was one person who contacted me about having some downtown space available, I'll dig up her contact info, you might be able to work with that.

You might want to contact Laura Northrup and Kim Wingfield about downtown Albany as well ...
