Special Work Party Opportunity

We have the need to fill in the seawall on the eastern shore of the harbor.  We did much of this work this past Spring, but ran out of time to complete the effort.  

Perhaps you have not had the opportunity to complete the two required work parties each full member has committed to each year. Perhaps you are interested in seeing to it that this project gets completed this year.  Either way, we are in need of 10-12 people to join us on Saturday, October 29 from 1:00pm-5:00pm.  

Bring work gloves, a garden rake and a sturdy wheelbarrow (if you have one) to this affair.  We picked this date so that the Pink Lady would still be in service.  She makes the work much easier, as does Commodore Fisher's bobcat, which we use to move the gravel to the launch area where we spill it into the wheelbarrows.
