Lift parties

It is almost October, the last sailing month of the season here at Cowan. Those that plan to remove their boat lifts from the water for the winter that have not already made a reservation should do so by checking the Lift Party schedule and contacting the webmaster for a reservation.

 

Many members choose to remove their lifts to protect them from possible ice damage. Some areas of the harbor are more at risk than others. Lift removal is done as a group effort and reservations are required to join one of the scheduled sessions. The club will be closing for the season on November 5. The Pink Lady will not be available on that day.
