coverage plugins

Hi,

If anyone is interested I just released pytest-cov and nose-cov. They
are using the good old morfs for time being but will change to the new
awesome source / include / omit when they are available.

I also played with unittest2 plugin and have unittest2-cov, but only
up on bitbucket since unittest2 plugin is on a non released branch.
