I suggest you retain the format as that of the request for quotation.

i.e NO, ITEM, UNITS, QTY, PRICE

Upon consultation with our QS (handles quotation),our quotation has not fulfilled the requirements.

Quantity required is 30 which ought to corresponds to our number of units as 30 and not 20 as indicated.

Kindly make the grand total of the quotation inclusive of 16% VAT.

I have gone through the attachment. I have reservations about buying any parcels smaller than half an acre. However if the rest of the group feels it is viable I will reconsider.
