Also note,the said plots have got ready titles,and plots no 6836 to 6842 as shown in the mutation are free for you to choose.so does plots nos 6809 to 6811

What size is 40 x 80 ? because I know under current land laws you cannot sub divide land below 1/8 acre.

Hi solo and team, 

So i queried about some of the concerns you raised with regard to this Land and below is the response am getting;

Me: "How far is the land from the main road or market?"

Ng'anga (land seller): Hi teddy,the plots are situate 2km from kamulu town or a drive of about 4minutes,the area is developing with access to water and electricity,the road is also good."

Me: "Thank you for that. Sounds goofd. What size is 40 x 80? A colleague of mine tells me that under current land laws land  cannot be divided below 1/8 acre."

Ng'anga (seller): "Hehehe! Actually those are county by- laws,and its TRUE that you can't sub- divide 40 by 80,but that's my stress and I got the titles to show its possible"
