Visit to school on Saturday

Good Morning Everybody

I would like to have a meeting of all volunteers on Saturday , Jan 21st 2011 at the School. 

Adnan Anwar, alumnus 2003-2007 batch will share his experiences after having been part of an NGO for 4 years. Please be at the school by 8.30 am. In case you want a change of timings, please post

• Award function
  
• Teachers' training
  
• Structuring our program at the school
• Updates on the Covalence site

Please come with ideas for discussion

If alumni have an hour to spare, it would be really nice to have them at the meeting

Sure. You can. You can even bring it to the Dept by 8.00 and then go to the school.

Good Morning everybody

Small change in the schedule for Saturday

Can we have the meeting at PESIT , F 601 , 10.15 am on Saturday instead of 8.30 at the school. I have a meeting to attend and I may not be able to visit the school at 8.30

Revised schedule:

Meeting on Saturday, 21st Jan 2012

Venue : F 601

Time 10.15 am

Please start the meeting at 10.15 sharp, even in my absence. I will join you as soon as I am done with the meeting.
