Prize distribution

Good Morning 

Thanks for the post. Actually I did not want to make any special requests because quite a few final year students are taking up GATE. 

We need to do the following 

1. Go to the school to confirm the agenda 

2. Susheela has given the prizes. We need to sort them and decide how the prizes are to be allocated.

3. Should we serve snacks/soft drinks to students ?

4. Banner ???

5. Mike/Loud speaker , should we make arrangements or is it available at the school 

6. If the student audience is small, we may not need the Acoustic facility-we need to verify on this

Hello mam!!
Going to the school I can do.. On Monday if that's okay? And about the prizes, sorting means should we wrap t up in gift wrappers or something? Banner ill get t tomorrow.. I'll post t on the group as soon as I get t.. And, as far as I know, mikes and loudspeakers are available in the school.. Because they were using it during the independence day programs.. Anyways I'll check up on it when I go there on Monday..

Hi All,

I have been a little busy from a few days, so couldnt even send a mail.
Anyways,

The Banner looks awesome Ma'm!

For folks involved in allotting the books  :
There are enough books to give 1st , 2nd , 3rd and consolation prizes.
We thought big books - dictionary + one very small story book for 1st prize , the next big books for 2nd and the next ones for 3rd etc.
That was just an idea. Please go ahead and allocate.Make use of all the books.

The remaining ones we thought we will give it to the school library. Also , there are India maps , some charts etc .
Please give it to the school.They can make use of it.

Thats it i guess :)
Yeah , just give it all to children and the school :)
