Hello everybody
Please make it convenient to attend a meeting at 8.30 am in ECE Dept on 5th Floor to discuss teaching at the school. I know that it is short notice, but those of you who can make it please do so.School is desperate for teachers !!!!!!

I'm so sorry I could not attend the meeting. I really wanna know what has been discussed. I was wondering if anyone could post what's been decided about the classes. I look forward to goin to the school.

We discussed on the following.
1. Teachers' training next week
2. Spoken English, Computer classes for the Children following that.
3. How to make the program more structured ?
4. Documenting the classes
5. Setting up the lab ( seems like an eternal problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
We had additional volunteers from TE Mech and CSE , but still not enough to sustain.
Suchit and Suraj to go to school for an update. they may post details today.
See me in college whenever you are around.

Hello ma'am,
We talked to the teachers today. They seemed pretty excited at the
idea and they looked up all possible time slots and told us that the
time between 10:30-11:30 and 2:30-3:30. We think the second one is
more feasible for us. There will be 2 batches with 5 teachers in each
batch.
We couldn't check the PCs as power wasn't available in the lab for
some reason. The electrician was also called to fix it and apparently
he'll get that fixed in a day.

Send an invite to all the new volunteers
Please make a time table with names of volunteers against the days and time they could visit the school. Also plan the contents for the classes. Have it ready by Saturday, so that volunteers will have time to plan for the first class on Monday

Heyy Suraj!
I think I've a better idea. Do one thing. Make a spreadsheet on google docs. And write down the dates, times and subjects. Whoever can go on whichever day can just make an entry there. So that everyone will know what's going on and who's teaching what. Based on previous experiences, there wont be too many volunteers for one subject and absolutely no one for another subject. I think this is a better way of keeping track of events. What do you think?

I can do it on saturday afternoon for sure. I ll be at coll till 3.30 on weekdays. I cant say for sure if i can bunk on anyday as of now.

hello mam,
in the school today, we also talked about setting up the lab and apparently they aren't happy about us giving the hopes of setting the lab last sem and not fulfilling it. so, if you could provide us the equipments,(provided it being available, as they don't have any at school) we would set it up by this week.
