Confirmation from school????

Hello,

 

Ive been trying to reach out the school people but its just not happening. Monday I couldnt go in the mornin and evening 330 by the time reached after college it was closed. Yesterday had an off at 230 but the school seemed to have declared an offf way before 230. So couldnt meeet. I ll go today again, have an off at 230. If it's urgent can it be confirmed by callin some teacher there or would it be okay if i confirmed today evening?
