Issue Deploying on Windows

I'm getting the attached error while trying to deploy the app, suggesting that I need to install a C compiler. It gives a suggestion for how to correct the error on a Mac but I'm running on a Windows. Any suggestions for how to fix this on Windows 10?

1. Download the cygwin and install it from the URL the first showed up

2. Check all the boxes while installing the Cygwin

3. After completion run Cygwin , go for your directory where coursebuilder resides

4. Go for scripts

5. type "bash ./common.sh"
