Unable to deploy app

[The Morgan Thomas Show]

I am currently on the Deploy Your App step.

I am getting this error.

I have installed Python 2.7.13 and tried 2.7.18 no change.

I have installed manually the pycrypto-2.6.1 files from their website. It recognizes python 27 and installs.

No change.

Happens with deploy and start local.

I am using a windows computer. 

Please help.

I was able to get past this issue due adding the .gcb_install_succeeded empty file in the pycrypto-2.6.1 folder. 

However, now I get this error:
