Deployment error exit 23

Hello

I have zero experience in programming. I'm an English teacher... I tried to follow the steps in https://edu.google.com/openonline/course-builder/docs/1.11/set-up-course-builder/set-up-course-builder.html

the problem is when I run the bat files I get this error

Sourced as: './scripts/common.sh'

Ensuring runtime folder /home/lilia/coursebuilder_resources_1_11_001/runtime

Installing App Engine developer toolkit.  This may take a few minutes.

/usr/bin/bash: Exit 23.

Can someone help me out please?
