Hi,
I am having trouble viewing the history account activity on Aol. I am
wondering why there are negatives sales for a particular day, since
last month that day had several sales and was above the earning line.
Also some of my coupons I am not getting credit for. There are pretty
many votes that these coupons are active and working, but I am not
getting credit for them. I read the info on why you dont get credit
sometimes, but there seems to be a lot of votes for these coupons and
still no earnings.

Hi Karen,

When a sale occurs through one of your coupons, the commission usually
shows up within 1-3 days of the transaction (sometimes longer).
However, returns can happen at any point over the next 30 to 90 days
(depending on the merchant). When an item is returned, that you
previously received a commission for, the commission is deducted. I
looked up your account and verified everything in order. The "return"
that caused your earnings to go negative for one of the days, was on a
store that you are at your $25 limit for. The graph may look odd,
since it's negative for a day, but you are, indeed making your full
$25 for this store.

As far as the votes go... Our staff checks and votes on thousands of
coupons every day. Because of this, having 'votes' on your coupon is
no indication that a user made a purchase with it. Also, if
CouponChief users do not click the 'use it' button to use the code, we
do not get paid for the transaction.
