Can't add coupons to certain merchants?

I am wondering why some of the merchants such as Eddie Bauer, have
become unavailable to add coupons. Can you speak about that?

Luv2Deal,

Some partners of ours exclude certain codes from our site (or all),
because they are codes they use in separate marketing channels such as
email, direct mail, etc. When we have them on our site, it may not
allow them to track their marketing efforts appropriately. This asked
that we remove the codes from our site, and prevent further additions
of codes outside of direct communciations we have with them.
