Please provide your feedback on the Pays-2-Share program and the
recent Trust Score changes here.

Thanks!

My score needle seems to be stuck, LOL. Not that I am complaining as
it stays on good but the needle on the meter never seems to move.
Could it be that my coupons are not good, feedback maybe?
I notice that members like to vote coupons down but do not seem to be
interested in voting them up. Probably means there would be more
competition on their coupon so they wont vote on it. Just another
observation of mine. :)

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. Even though some users may have the mority
of their votes be 'no', everybody's trust score is compared to each
other. So, if 60% of the votes for your coupons are "No", you could
still have a high trust score, as long as your percentage of good
votes to bad votes are higher than other users of the site.

Also, we are currently working on improvements to the voting system to
ensure users are voting fairly. The best thing you can do to keep
your Trust Score high is monitor your own coupons, review comments,
and delete ones that no longer work.

Thanks for the explanation. That clears things up quite a bit. :)

I was wondering if you might be able to provide a way to edit your
posted coupon. I think that would really help when you need to update
it. There are many times that the source where you got the coupon was
wrong on expiration dates or the lack of having a date which you find
later or other members let you know if it is wrong. The only way at
this time is to delete the coupon and start over. Also, ongoing
coupons without expiration dates.
Thanks! :)
