Hey there,

I've done this several times by accident now... so I figured I'd bring
it up. Sometimes when I'm voting on a coupon, and I don't have the
big buttons up, I accidentally click on the wrong button. Or sometimes
I've voted on the wrong coupon... or even accidentally clicked on the
voting buttons when I was trying to add a comment. I'm just a
klutz! :( I have a laptop with a small screen and sometimes when I'm
using the touch pad instead of a mouse, my cursor aim is a bit shaky
at best. LOL!

Any accidental clicking not only gives the customer a wrong impression
that the coupon does/doesn't work (depending on which one I
accidentally clicked), but it also reflects negatively on Trust
Scores. So I was wondering if it is possible to make it so you can
change your vote (maybe within the same day or something?).

I also see this as beneficial because some people might make a rash
decision on whether the coupon works or not. I know there has been
several times (depending on the site) that I add a coupon and nothing
seems to happen because no discount shows up. But you actually have
to get to the checkout review screen to see the discount. j.jill is a
good example of this. They even say in the details of some of their
coupons "For an online order, discount will be reflected on the
payment information page (step 3) at checkout." So that way if a user
is thinks the coupon doesn't work and votes prematurely, they can
still change their negative rating to a positive one if they find out
later on that it did work.

Just a thought... it'd be fantastic if you could!

Thanks and take care!
