clicking on titles

Hi everyone!

I am wondering why the coupon title is a clickable link. If someone is
purchasing by clicking the coupon title and not the coupon code or use
it button, would they still get paid?

My next question is how long does that coupon clicked remain
affiliated to the person that clicked on it. If you click on another
coupon for the same merchant, does it them change to the next one
clicked.
