Adding sale alerts

Hi,
I was wondering if we will be able to add sale alerts to the site,
since I know a lot of great sites that have clearance sales etc.

Hi Karen,

We would love to have our users contribute sales/deals/etc. However,
currently there is no clear way in which we can allow this, while
still preventing SPAM on our site. If our Pays-2-Share users were
allowed to put in deals/sales that didn't require a coupon-code, there
is no way for us to regulate duplicates/etc. Our site will fill up
with SPAM, very quickly.
Until we can come up with a good way to handle this, we cannot accept
clearance sales.
