For example, here at Molina we use Coupa to request Travel Cards and to request Mobile Devices.  We use it a lot in routing webforms as a workflow engine.

Armstrong uses Coupa for eInvoicing through the Coupa Supplier Network PO flip. Our suppliers log in to Coupa and manually create an invoice (or cXML integrate with us) to submit their invoices. We do not accept paper/pdf invoices for Coupa orders. 

This puts the validation and effort on the supplier's side for invoicing. It significantly reduces our AP resources.
