Wetook two days off at the end of the quarter, bought pizzas, decorated the office and got our team onto bytecrunch.

It was an awesome sight, everyone's actually excited about tackling tech debt chores and in two days we closed issues that otherwise would've taken us a full quarter with unhappy devs.
