Anna Hazare's anti-corruption crusade has taken the country by storm.
The most worrying aspect of corruption is flight of capital - both white and black to Tax Havens abroad. Black money of corrupt which is even bigger than the untaxed money that is earned legally but not brought back to India, and deposited in banks abroad, thus getting converted to black money. To understand the ramifications of Jan Lokpal Bill that seeks to control corruption as a beginning, if not eradicate totally, we need to understand this subject in depth.
