Hi Ben (and others!)

I've been enjoying looking over the site. Just had a quick question though: Conditional points

I find myself wanting to agree with a point, but only under certain conditions. As an example, bicycle helmets: I think they should be legally required, but only on public roads. Is there a good way to handle this?

My suggestion would be to edit the existing point to something you can unconditionally agree or disagree with.
