Patients and their families or friends often overlook anxiety, OCD, all mental illnesses. Many think that it is insulting to admit that. Many people look down on us because they do not understand the disease. If you do not have symptoms of mental illness, you cannot begin to know what you are dealing with. There is a lot about our overall performance. What most people don't realize is that we have a lifelong diagnosis.

We can take medication and take care of ourselves, but our illness may not disappear. It is always late and waiting for the right moment to get back on top. Depression is very stressful. People are afraid to admit it because they do not want others to think badly of them. The fact is, because of all the turmoil in the world today, many people feel depressed.

There is a lot of unemployment in the United States, which can have a domino effect on our lives. The biggest problem is that people have lost their homes, and some have been left homeless. This causes people to feel that nothing will ever be right. I have my knowledge and experience of this chronic disease. It is difficult to live with depression and anxiety. It is a feeling of closeness and helplessness in life. For too long, I did not want or could do much physical work, so I watched a lot of TVs.

I was hospitalized two times with suicidal thoughts, and in 2014 I made an effort. I felt like the wall was up, and it wasn't me who was going through the motions. I knew it was wrong, but I could not control myself. My angels were at the forefront of my life and organized the event in a way that helped me get on the right track and get more inpatient care. I am not ashamed to have a mental illness. My spirituality is part of what I have achieved this past year.

Here are some of the symptoms that can be ignored as symptoms of mental illness that we should all be aware of.

 • Feeling sad all the time

 • Physical pain for no reason

 • Chronic physical illness

• Severe fatigue

 • Anxiety, tremors, headaches, increased heart rate, chronic abdominal pain, and nausea.

• Depression makes us indifferent

• Drug or alcohol abuse It is important to take care of yourself. You must "apply the oxygen mask first" before you can help others. Things can get better, though they may not completely disappear. Having a healthy mind is like a muscle.

The more we work at it, the stronger it becomes. We can help ourselves by following natural foods and having a fitness routine. Find something that interests us and follow through on it.

For example, make jigsaw puzzles, read self-help books and inspirational books, watch your favorite TV shows. Try to get out of the sun for at least 10 minutes a day.
