OK, so I'm making some nice progress on all of this and am now testing out some of the stats functions, now that I've got importing and parsing all working as far as I know.

Anyone know what's up with analyze.py and analyze2.py ? Analyze2 doesn't seem to get called anywhere from update.py as far as I can tell, but it seems to be necessary for "Supply Based Card Stats" to work right. Maybe I'm missing something.

Max, I think you are correct. If I  recall where I left off, analyze2 is needed, but is not yet functioning. I will take a look at it tomorrow to try and refresh my memory about why I left it like that.

Oh, ok. So the supply based card stats on councilroom.com aren't actually working? I thought that they were, that's why I was trying to get them to work, since I thought they were working on CR but not on my local one. I ran analyze.py and it did something to make the supply based card stats have data, but I didn't check it for correctness or anything, I assumed that I'd somehow just managed not to run it when I should have. It was slow.

(BTW, the card winningness graphs and the card groupings are also broken right now.)

I think other than those things I'm basically done, I'm gonna put it all together and test it on a fresh database this week, scrape a few months of data, and see how it goes.

(Well, almost done. I'm skipping out on a significant bit of work at the moment by not writing a new annotate_game and instead just redirecting to nutki's dom.retrobox.eu for displaying games at the moment. I'll come back to that later, after guilds comes out, I figure I'll need to update stuff for that anyway.)

He might have run analyze2 once by hand, which filled in the database?

I never automated the card groupings even in my code, I just spot checked them before copying raw HTML files to the right place.
