I heard the Knights left the upper hall in immaculate condition.  Thanks so much!  You’re the best!

Kathy,
Consider it done by Sat midnight when we have closed up.

All good questions.  Let me try to answer them as best I can.

As far as the Meet & Greet and people pulling out chairs, we don’t feel that it will be that many.  By copy of this email to Doris, I am asking her if she would have a problem policing the number of chairs being pulled out and whether she feels she can recruit someone to put them back before the blessing of the upper hall.

I attached a diagram of how I think the hall should be set up for the blessing ceremony, but it is basically 2 tables centered under the windows next to the kitchen, 2 tables centered under the windows under the screen and 3 tables centered under the windows to the right of the center windows.  There should also be one table (it’s the only white table we have) outside the kitchen door and to the right.  The 7 tables located under the windows should be placed in front of the dark portion of the floor, so people can use the dark portion of the floor as the path behind the tables.  Please stack all of the chairs against the wall on the school side.  The piano can be left where it is.

The mop heads have been located and are in the corner in the kitchen right outside the kitchen closet door along with the bucket and floor cleaner.

As we will be using 2 microphones for the ceremony, Lin, I’m guessing the pedestal should be located at the middle floor jack so the microphones can be plugged in on either side of the pedestal.

The paper products  for the Meet & Greet will be in the kitchen and the paper products for the blessing will be locked in the Conference Room.

I would just ask that we say a prayer, pitch in where we can, and do what seems to make sense, to make the event a success.  Thanks for all you do for the parish.
