Setup Parish Hall for Craft Fair

My Brother All,
The Ladies of St. Andrew Craft Fair is this Saturday 12 Nov in the Upper parish hall from about 9am to 3pm.
They need our help to set up the hall on Friday 11 Nov beginning at 3pm.
Basically,We will need to set up all of the long tables, 1 round table, chairs for these tables, and 60 chairs for the crafter spaces.
The remainder of the chairs will have to be stowed in the chair closet.
This effort should take us about an hour or less to complete. Since Friday the 11th is a Federal Veterans Day Holiday, there should be plenty of help to get the task done.
Then your assistance would be needed after the Craft Fair beginning about 3pm on Saturday.
Please let me know if you can help out with setup on Friday at 3pm and/or tear down on Saturday at 3pm.
Note that the Knights will be selling Religious Christmas Cards in the entrance to the hall during the Craft Fair on Saturday
Do you need any Christmas Cards? If you do, stop by and get a few boxes.
