Handing over maintainership

I'm no longer very motivated to spend time on CouchDB-Python. There are two PRs (#323 and #324) that I can probably still review, but if someone else wants to take over, that would be much appreciated. In general, it is not moving very fast, but still requires attention now and then.

A group of people might be even better. Please let me/us know if you're interested.
