What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the google page
2.Get horrified!!!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A nice logo. It seems like the python logo is doing "service" to the guy in
the couch! @.@ Gee

Ok, now i feel kind of insulted. 8 months to pick or not a new logo...if
the logo is being ignored for some reason, please, say so and refuse it.

Well, it's a derivative from couchdb logo so, i belive it goes with the
same license http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Couchdb-logo.png

Well, it's a derivative from couchdb logo so, i belive it should go with

I believe that's the same license as the current logo as it is a derivative
from couchdb logo as well.

FWIW, I think that the background should be transparent and the dude in
white. I like that it matches the official logo in colors.

If the guy is white, it will be hard to see his head; tough the gray skin
did not fit very well. How about a voting poll? Gray guy vs Guy with
background vs White Guy without background?

Looks like this is not problem for http://couchdb.org - look at top of the
page. However, I agree that it missed some part of his cool hair(:
How about to add tiny black border for white parts that goes outside of red
couch? AFAIK, that is a common practice for such cases and it might keep
original logo colors, but just made it slightly better on while background.
How do you like such idea?

Yes, you'd got it right. Small preview to easy compare it with other
versions attached (sorry for hard resize, probably lines have be more
smoother if I only know how to done it right).
