Memcached bucket using only 25% memory still eviction triggered

i was running couchbase with memcached bucket and using 100Mb out of assigned 2GB ram. One day i increased my connections from 250 to 400 in one release and data usage in bucket increased to 200Mb. But i saw suddenly eviction on that server started in that bucket and due to which incr and decr missed also increased.

What all can i check why this happened. How can i check slab stats for memcached bucket in couchbase.
