libcouchbase 2.4.5 released

Hi All,

I'm glad to announce that we released the Couchbase C Client version 2.4.5. This is a bugfix release.

As of this version, the C library is fully migrated to CMake, with support for autotools being dropped. CMake has been the default build system used by the library on Windows. This allows the library to now use a single build method on all platforms, thus allowing uniform testing.

This release also fixes a bug introduced with 2.4.4 which would cause various customized I/O implementations (for example Python twisted and gevent) to crash.
