Unable to create session key

Hi All,

We use Couchbase heavily. Recently we have been coming across "Unable to create session key" issues too frequently.

Below are the logs: -

RuntimeError: Unable to create a new session key. It is likely that the cache is unavailable.

We have to restart moxi service everytime and other services but it is a temporary fix. Need a permanent fix for it.
