Couchbase sync gateway installation

Hi There,

I have started installing couchbase syncgateway as per instructions in docs.(https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/mobile/2.0/installation/sync-gateway/index.html )

after the installtion ,where to store sync gateway file ?

Start Sync Gateway

The following steps explain how to connect Sync Gateway to the Couchbase Server instance that was configured in the previous section.

• Open a new file called sync-gateway-config.json with the following. ( where to store this file ?)

and unable to access UI on https://publicIp:4985.

But when is try with https://publicIp:4984  (its displays a one-line msg saying about sync-gateway).
