Receiving ResponseStatus.None on simple key gets

Hi all,

I've been looking at upgrading the .NET Couchbase client in one of my applications from 2.1.3 to 2.4.7 (or 2.4.8), but have noticed some peculiar behaviour on some simple key gets in which a ResponseStatus of None (-1 enum) is returned and the OperationResult has no Exception, Message or any other detail.

Has anyone seen this during testing?
