Looking for feedback on the new Couchbase code of Conduct

Hi folks,

I've spent some time creating a new Couchbase Code of Conduct for our community.  Before it goes live I'd love your have some feedback on it either on here , or the forums or by directly contacting me la...@couchbase.com

The code of conduct is seen as a way to make our community feel welcomed and for new people to know it's ok to ask questions and get involved.  It gives advice on how to work together and understand we're part of a greater global community where culture and languages pays a part of discussions.
