the url is:

domain.tld:5984/DBNAME/_design/DDOCNAME/_view/myview

domain.tld can be localhost

DBNAME is the name of the couchdb bucket (database) you are using while uploading (often defined in a .couchapprc)

DDOCNAME is defined in a file named "_id" or if that file doesn't exists: the name of your folder ("ddoc")
