Couchapp 0.5.1 is out

Hi all,

Quick mail to let you know version 0.5.1 is out. This is a fix
release. Among fixes are :

- Windows installer now works on all windows
- Hooks fixed
- fix on shell return errors
- some fixes specific for windows.
