erica push error

Has anyone encountered this error using erica to push a couchapp?

Ubuntu 13.04, 64-bit

Erlang: R15B01

Couchdb: 1.3.1

can you provides the full command line you pass, don't forget to fake the username and passwords if any.

Here is the command line (I also tried erica push default with the parameters contained .couchapprc):

erica push http://username:password@127.0.0.1:5984/test
