Hey AIESECers,

It is with great pleasure that I am writing to you all. The Cotyledons have opened the applications for the position of Organizing Committee President (OCP) for “Stratagem- the Marketing Strategy”. The Event details are attached in this mail. The OCP would be leading a team that would be held accounted for the successful completion of this event, the Organizing Committee (OC). OCP position holds many responsibilities, leading the team to successfully organize the event is one of those. The eligibility criteria to apply is-

· One must be a member of AIESEC Campus Cell, MPSTME Shirpur

The few responsibilities of an OCP are listed below-

·          i) To decide the Organizing Committee Structure

·         ii) To open applications for OC leader and member positions

·         iii) To create the OC and brief them about the Event

·         iv) To lead the OC while following AIESEC Values

·         v) To organize the event in late Feb’13 or early March’13

·         vi) To submit the event report

      The main guidelines one must follow while applying for the OCP-

·        i)  The applicant needs to send a Letter of Intent addressed to the Campus Coordinator, explaining his intentions to apply for the OCP and how useful he can prove to be, if appointed as one.

·         ii) The letter of intent should be mailed at harshit...@aiesec.net till 23:59 hrs 4^th January, 2013. The mails should be sent from AIESEC email id (i.e. <.aie...@gmail.com> id or <@aiesec.net> email id), mals from any other id won't be accepted.

·         iii) The applicant must specify the subject of the mail as “OCP Applicant for Stratagem 2013”.

·         iv) The Letter of Intent needs to be signed by the Applicant in following manner-
