The Need of Leaders

Hey AIESECers,

The OCP of all three event have been finalised 
Big Fight - Khushboo Sethi
Crisis Management - Parijat Nautiyal
Stratagem - Harshit Sawhney

Although an application for the same was opened earlier but due to some problems, the selected candidate rejected the opportunity. Now as we're running out of time the previous leaders Parijat Nautiyal and Khushboo Sethi are coming into our rescue and doing the damage control. All these events have been put into a fast track and high priority situation. The VP Business Department Abdullah Parkar, VP Finance Shrey Gupta and VP Marketing Swapnil Saran have been given the command of managing OC Vice-Presidents of all these events and are running stimulations along with the OCP's to make this event successful.

There are 5 OCVP for each event -
1 OCVP Planning and Stratergies
1 OCVP Sponsorship
1 OCVP Finance
2 OCVP Public Relations and Corporate Relations.

All of these three events initiated by Cotyledons are National Level Events and are planned in March'13. The OCVP's for the same are being selected on 18th Jan, 2013 at LR-01 during 5.15 pm.

The department members of International Exchange are not being made part of this process as they have to initiate Exchange process and will be indulge in the same till March'13. Talent Management members would also have a back ground role in managing the OC's. The members of these two dept. can involve in these events as an OCVP by sending me a written recomendation from their respective VP's.
