I hope you all are doing fine.

I have a important notice to put up here, its about National Leadership Summit. AIESEC India's Member Committee has given an opportunity for the members of expansions to attend NLS this time. So, please get in touch with your Core Committees and confirm there delegations in the conference. The duration of the conference (29th - 3rd) and covers MCP elections, commissions & Awards Night etc. The venue of the conference has been not confirmed yet. It will be soon in a time frame of next 5 days :) But it will be somewhere near or in Delhi only.

Just a important notice that since you are a Initiative Group, prepare your delegates before the come to the conference that they will be a part of AIESEC Indore and will be a delegate representing AIESEC Indore in the National Plenary. I wish I could allow you guys to do roll calls and have separate recognition for your IG but our current protocols and culture does not allow this. So, please prepare your delegates well in advance about this, we do not want any surprising and sad behavior from the delegates in the conference. I hope this note is clear :)

Note: If you with your delegates are planning to actually go for this conference for all the days, please confirm the no. of the delegates to me first BEFORE REGISTRATIONS. Do not register without informing me and confirming the number to me if by chance you have the registration link also.

Since, The deadline for registration is 2:00PM on the 14th of January please give me a confirmation by maximum tomorrow afternoon so that we are ahead with registrations and other formalities.
