OCP Applications

Hey Siddharth,

I would like to report you that the project Empower launched by Cotyledons consisting of three events (Stratagem, Crisis Management and Big fight) have been initiated on 26th Dec, 2012. The details of all the events have been given to you by Konark Gupta, Head EWA. The application for the OCP of first event was opened by me on 26th Dec and the applications were successfully submitted till 6th January, 2013.

The interviews of all the applicants were conducted by the cotyledons on 7th January, 2013. I would like to apologize for not informing you about the   interviews before they were conducted. But the step taken at that time were necessary as many members of Team cotyledons were busy with their exams afterwards. Please accept my apologies for the same. 

Attached with this mail is a structure approved by team cotyledons for the project empower and the LOI's of all the applicants. The interview conducted by us tested their skills to manage such a big event like Stratagem and analysed their abilities to assess the potential risks it follows. 

Through this assessment we have selected Vidur Khanna, as an eligible AIESECer for the post of OCP. I hope you approve our decision on the same and give us the OCP for Stratagem'13 very soon. In order to initiate the proceedings.

I would also like to seek your permission to open the applications for OCP of Crisis Management and Big Fight. In order to initiate the Project Empower.
