Following our recent meeting regarding the new online application system, SportMalta is pleased to announce the launch of the following Assistance Schemes for the financial year 2026:
1. International Participation Assistance Scheme 2026
2. Sport Tourism Assistance Schemes 2026
These schemes continue to provide valuable support to local sports organisations.

Application Process
3. Applications open: Friday, 14th November 2025
4. Deadline for submission: Monday, 8th December 2025
All applications are to be submitted online through the dedicated system. We strongly encourage all organisations to take full advantage of this efficient and user-friendly platform.
After the deadline, the online system will close, and no further applications can be submitted.

This is a reminder that the deadline for the Assistance Schemes Applications 2026 is Monday, 8th December 2025.
Please ensure that you follow all the required steps and “Secure Application”. For your convenience, please refer to the attached document.
Once your application has been submitted, please make sure that you receive an acknowledgement. If you do not receive one, it means the application was not finalised. As mentioned above, kindly ensure that all steps are completed.
