Online HMM search method now allows both manual cut-off specification,
and automatic cut-off estimation.

Leave the cut-off field as zero for automatic estimation; set it to a
value in range 0.3-1.0 to use your specific cut-off.

I thinks it is now convenient to:
- first start HMM task with automatic cut-off estimation, then (if needed)
- tune the cut-off manually for one's purposes

Unfortunately, the automatically estimated HMM's cut-off is not
currently shown anywhere, except as deduced from the "Score" column of
the generated results file. Soon both result file size and cut-off
used will be included in email sent upon task completion, and shown on
task status page.

There was one minor interface improvement: upon successful task
submission the user is now automatically redirected to the task status
page (with a 10-second delay).
