On Android after you set the storage location to external, use the Total Commander File Explorer.
There navigate to /Android/data and tab on "Installed Apps". There you can find a com.mojang folder.
But in this folder you only have read access (you can copy your worlds from there).
To do a restore of a world, i wrote a post here

I came across the exact same problem as you face and since it has been long time you asked the question. You maybe get out of the situation so if you got the solution please tell me too to restore it
Brother, for Two whole years I've been finding a solution to the same problem, and since I saw your post a few hours ago, I just want to tell you, (5 words, I finally found a way, but unfortunately, you won't be able to recover the worlds, but you can recover the com.mojang folder,
Then, find the com.mojang folder, and just follow the folders until you confirm that it's the real and actual Mojang folder that contains the current world you just made in the game, plus, you can finally put some mods that you like,
I hope this, somehow helps anyone who accidentally deleted the folder. There's not much of a help out there so, we just need to stay strong and leave the frustration behind because, now that we have finally found a solution
Hey I've done everything you said but I don't see any of the behavior or resource pack files and all that when I open the file so I can't install any mods. Is there any way to get those back? Also, the file that I found was com.mojang.minecraftpe. I'm not sure if its the same as com.mojang since it's an empty file
Ok so I have a couple questions what's a Zarchiver and where can I download it and when I download it do I just go to the android/data and it just tells me to give it permission and it works? Or what cause these steps are a bit confusing...
