We are trying to print Barbell tags for jewelry but the barcodes are printing to big and the layout is wrong. We are looking for a way to downsize and reposition the barcode on a Zebra LP2824 printer.

Hello @Keris! At this time the ZD410 is the only Zebra printer that supports printing barcode labels with Square for Retail. As you're using the Zebra LP2824 printer this is likely what's causing the sizing issues.

On This I wanted to check if the LP 2824 printer still are not supported by square for retail?
It seems to send the info because the light blinks on our printer but then nothing is actually printing from the zebra printer.
If these printers do not work, what would you recommend we get?

Even though a printer is NOT supported by Square for Retail, you should be able to use it with the manufactures drivers and a regular computer. The only issue here is you cannot use Square to automatically assign the value for your Barcode unless the software you use with your printer can print from a CSV file. I use the Zebra 410 printers and have them connected to a computer not to Square and print out all my own barcode labels, regular labels, barcode, Aztec, QR and even Barbell labels.
