[Announcement] New Calcium Imaging Analysis Framework: OptiNiSt

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the publication of a paper describing
OptiNiSt (Optical Neuroimage Studio), a new open-source framework for
calcium imaging data analysis. OptiNiSt was developed as part of the
AMED(Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development) Brain/MINDS
project.

OptiNiSt is a flexible and reproducible pipeline construction tool
that supports calcium imaging data analysis. Featuring an intuitive
graphical user interface, it facilitates data sharing and
standardization of analysis workflows across research groups.
